Greater China on July 1, 2003. Renesas Technology Corp. is a new semiconductor
company formed by Hitachi Ltd. and Mitsubishi Electric Corp. with headquarters
in Japan.

Team”, and Sales Offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Shanghai, Beijing,
