【 座谈简介 】：The SH7047 series single-chip RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer) microprocessors integrate a Renesas-original RISC CPU core with peripheral functions required for system configuration. The 32-bit internal-bus architecture with RISC instruction set and enhanced processor power includes on-chip peripheral functions necessary for system configuration, such as large-capacity ROM and RAM, timers, a serial communication interface (SCI), Controller area network 2 (HCAN2), an A/D converter and an I/O port. The SH7263 designed for car audio is a high-performance microcontroller, incorporating an SH2A-FPU core with a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz. It incorporates a USB standard v2.0 High Speed (480 Mbps) host and slave interface, and a display controller supporting liquid crystal panels up to WVGA size (800x480pixels). It also includes some peripheral functions such as a CAN controller, an IEBus controller, a serial sound interface (SSI) for digital audio data input/output, a serial communication interface with a 16-stage FIFO, an I2C bus interface.
In this seminar, we will introduce the processor capacity of SH7047 series and SH7263 series single-chip, memory, peripheral and interface from Renesas and the various application and development environment in auto electronic and industry control.
